Remembrance Day

I look forward to a Remembrance Day when we honour our fallen soldiers by not adding to their number. When war is but a tragic memory of our barbaric past. When we’ve learned to love and look out for our fellow human beings, respect diversity in cultures, religions and race; celebrating the rich tapestry it gives us.
World War I was the war to end all wars.
We’re well overdue.
Lest we forget.
Peace.
