I just made an omelette the way Chef Michael Potters showed me. Almost :). At each restaurant where I've work, I've tried to learn to make something. And I've had the privilege to work with two celebrity chefs: Chef Paul Rankin at Roscoffs in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Chef Michael Potters at Harvest in The County. I’ve been a lucky boy.
